| 26393 | 2001-12-03 08:24:00 | Since loading IE 6 I find when doing a Dick Clean up to delete Temp Internet Files, I have a lot of folders with funny names in 'Content.IE5' Samples '6sy3417, Bkagyplu, Gsupabaf, Kde3klar, Olmjk1i3, etc. When I open any of them to check content I find a lot of small Temp files with O Kb. Some folders still have CoralHouse Print data, even after i have done the usual delete operation. What are these folders and is it safe to delete them, or at least their contents? Any help would be appreciated. Jim. |

| 26394 | 2001-12-03 09:03:00 | I had the same sub folders in 5.5 as well as the new 6, I just delete them all and so far no side effects. Just don't delete the main Temp Interbet folder, just the contents therein. | Guest (0) | ||
| 26395 | 2001-12-05 22:38:00 | Thank you Gordon. When I tried to delete the folders I got a message to say they were system folders and if I deleted them things may not work properly. However, I have successfully deleted 99% of their contents. A few files brought warning of problems if I deleted them so left these. Still don't understand why 'disk clean up' leaves so many files behind. Jim. | Guest (0) | ||
