| 26590 | 2001-12-05 09:29:00 | We upgraded Microsoft Works from 4.5 to 6.0 and now find date fields in our database do not keep their original format in mail-merge letters. They default to DD/MM/YY format and this is not acceptable when you are asking someone to make an appointment in eg: December. We can work around this by making all database fields text fields but then lose the data entry shortcuts in the database. Is there any way to make Works 6 as efficient in mail-merge as 4.5 was. |
