The printer used to always scan and send to my email in PDF format. Now it scans into JPG format. What settings do I change to fix this please. Operating Windows 7 |

The setting is in the scan software screen. I use canoscan to print to my brother ptr. If I click the scan to email icon a window pops up and there is a drop down box where you specify what format (pdf or jpg) to save to.
Have a hunt around - I am sure you'll find it somewhere! |

Problem solved. it was in the settings on the pc under Control Centre, scan setting, configuration which gave me the options to select the format. Somehow it had reverted to jpg. Thanks for the help anyway |
