| 1283981 | 2012-06-26 06:03:00 | Hi Today while i wanted to watch something, i turned on my HTPC and noticed screen is blank . Usually a restart or moving the DVI-HDMI cable from 1 to 2 or 2 -1 solves this issue . But this time it didnt . This time even the bios boot up was blank . so I Tried a different cable . Updated Drivers . A VGA cable to Tv's VGA input works . To see what was happening in Windows i used VNC and went into the Nvidia display manager, I could see my TV detected there yet blank screen? I tested TV's HDMI ports by connecting other devices and there is picture . Because TV dosent even display bios logo when connected up using DVI - HDMI, Im not sure if its the TV(TH-P42Py800) or the card(XFX 9600GT) . |

But this time it didnt. Thats reads as if there has been a problem before, relating to the same thing, it could have been warning signs something was starting to fail. |
