Will they be sold off & the proceeds used to repay the various NZ government organisations who have been working for the US? This is a criminal prosecution. His personal assets still belong to him but they have been partly frozen until such time as there is a trial or a court orders their release. Megauploads is a business separate from Kim's personal property. Not that he would care about that except for taxation and liability reasons. As for payment to NZ authorities? Would you expect us to pay US authorities costs of extraditing a New Zealand offender? No. Its a quid pro quo treaty among nations. NZ is a difficult country to get to so I'd guess we are well down the list of countries asked to perform extradition. |

It is not the people whom you should blame but the leaders of the time ie Hitler WW2. I think some of your posts at times Prefect require some more thought instead of spouting off the top of your head. :) |
