You can bet your last dollar that he's got a nice little off-shore account with enough to keep him and his whanau in the lap of luxury once he gets a slap across the back of his hand with a wet ... make that damp ... bus ticket. |

The community service should be disgusting and humiliating. Like shoveling liquefaction in pensioners' sections in ChCh, followed by emptying and cleaning Port-A-Loos - without gloves.
