| 1261449 | 2012-02-27 00:30:00 | You'll need to double check, I may be wrong but..... when someone wanted to pay me via paypal, there was going to be an issue with Paypal NOT allowing transfers to a NZ bank/visa a/c. so perhaps Paypal just wont transfer to a NZ bank or Credit card ?? ??PayPal will quite happily transfer to NZ bank accounts - the only thing they really care about is that the account can accept incoming local NZD transfers, which most everyday accounts can. They won't transfer *to* a Visa account though, but they'll transfer *from* one if you give them the card number. |

Whether or not there happens to be a debit card attached to the account is irrelevant. | Erayd (23) | ||
| 1261452 | 2012-02-27 19:13:00 | Haven't heard from the OP again. I got an email from Paypal the other day thanking me for my payment of $177 for a Sony something or other I had bought and it would be delivered to an Auckland address. It also said if I had any problems to click on the help link. Out of curiosity I did, knowing I was taking a risk and up poped an OpenDNS warning saying the link was a phishing site. Actually the price in the OPs post looks very similar to the price in my paypal email. Have deleted the email. :) |
