| 26949 | 2001-12-08 04:02:00 | HI, I have version 4.02 McAfee retail virus scan. I have tried updating my .dat files with the automatic update, but when I went to install the files I got the error ' UNABLE TO FIND ANY QUALIFYING PRODUCT'. I assume this means the lastest dat files are only compatible with McAfee versions higher than 4.02?? Since I tried re-installing McAfee, is it possible to download earlier dat files which are compatible with 4.02?? And/or am I able to freely upgrade to 4.03 or higher?? cheers Nathan |
