| 26789 | 2001-12-07 03:50:00 | Hi, I am running Win 98SE on a H.P. Computer. I have installed Nortons 1.01 Utilities. The speed disk component scans ok but then only 'pulses' and the clusters remain dark grey in colour. Windows defrag is locked by a disk utility, presumably Nortons. What to do!.Can all the Nortons utilities be disabled or removed leaving only the anti virus component, If so, how please. | Guest (0) | ||
| 26790 | 2001-12-07 04:16:00 | what ver of nortons utilities was that?? mine is ver 4.5 (system works 2000) have you run live update or checked symantec's web site for updates as there is a few bugs which need fixing. |
