26784 2001-12-07 01:35:00 Usage: tracert [-d] [-h maximum_hops] [-j host-list] [-w timeout] target_name

Options:
-d Do not resolve addresses to hostnames.
-h maximum_hops Maximum number of hops to search for target.
-j host-list Loose source route along host-list.
-w timeout Wait timeout milliseconds for each reply.

26785 2001-12-07 02:14:00 the command to trace route in DOS is 'tracert.exe'

open a Dos window, and type 'tracert' and it should give you all the other instructions on what to do.
