| 27259 | 2001-12-11 03:14:00 | when the computer restarts after installing norton clean sweep. i received an error message that said; this program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down - CSINJECT caused an invalid page fault in module QDCSPT.DLL at 017f:100010e7. when i closed the error message window, another error message came up-Error Starting Program - A required.DLL file ICSAPI32.DLL. was not found. cany any one of you help me please? |

| 27261 | 2001-12-12 03:37:00 | i have done that,but it didn't help. do you think it is because i install the clean sweep from it's folder(NSW2002-NCS-SETUP.EXE)causing this error message. if i install the whole NSW2002 will it solve the problem? ( i don't want install the whole NSW) thank you |
