| 27193 | 2001-12-10 07:07:00 | I have a file of around 23 mb which I need to email or save to a disk and post. Can anyone please tell me how to reduce the file size? Thank you in advance! Kind regards Lynda |

Before you Email it make sure you and the recipient have a fast connection because even compressed it will take a while. You will need a few disks if you are going to zip the files to them. |

| 27195 | 2001-12-11 06:42:00 | What type of file is it? Certain types of files compress better than others, for example an Excel spreadsheet usually compresses to 10% of its original size. If the file is an image you could alway resave it at a lower resolution. | Guest (0) | ||
