| 27410 | 2001-12-12 03:19:00 | A friend of mine has a email from hotmail telling her she has 2.53 MB worth of emails on her account but when you look at her foldrs she only has 6k. Anyone know how to contact the guys at hotmal? | Guest (0) | ||

Everytime she sends an email, it saves (probably) a copy in another folder in hotmail, and they just sit there until they are deleted. In hotmail, find the Folders link and click on it, and when the list of folders comes up, click on the Sent Items link (or perhaps there's another folder there that lists a LOT of emails sitting in it) and delete all the unwanted sent emails. Just another hidden annoyance from Microsoft. |
