27623	2001-12-15 10:36:00	Is anybody else finding it real hard to connect to these ISP's (and any ISP). It takes ages to connect and when it does connect it's at 19,200bps or less. Using 56K winmodem. Also sometimes before it has even dialed the number I hear a 'SSSSSSSHHHHHHHHH' type noise. Is it just the net being busy over the holidays and the ISP's are oversubscribed. Or could it be the phone lines or modem. Help much appreciated JM	Guest (0)
27624	2001-12-15 13:34:00	Hi JM; When I try to connect to Xtra and it is busy or something, I get a normal beep, beep, beep engaged signal.... I have no eXPerience with either your ISP's, but it sounds like the problem may lie at your end. Maybe a quick call to Actrix? RINGO	Guest (0)
