| 27822 | 2001-12-17 15:05:00 | McAffe VirusScan tells me that it can't scan my emails because the system has the wrong version of MAPI32.dll. I looked, and found Win95 and Win NT versions but no Win 98, if there is one, I can't find it on the CD rom. Can someone please tell me where I can find it? | Guest (0) | ||

| 27824 | 2001-12-19 08:04:00 | Hi Vincent, if you check out this website support.microsoft.com you will see that there are about 20 versions of mapi32.dll and none of them relate to win98. I use win98 SE and have mapi32 1.0.2536 which is in win98_32.cab on the cd. It works a treat for me. Try the site and click on 'more info' it tells which MS products install the various versions of mapi32. HTH PC. |
