| 27755 | 2001-12-17 01:45:00 | I am running Windows ME with MS Office XP, and have downloaded the service pack from the MS website. The file is called oxpsp1.exe and took an hour or so to download. The instructions were open the file once downloaded to complete the installation of the upgrades. The problem is, I can't find the file on my system. I opted to save it in the Programmes folder, and now I cannot find it using the Windows search function. Tried looking for file named oxpsp1.exe or a file containing that text. Have drawn a blank in both searches. It took ages to download, should I try again? Thank R |

To find the file, search through your TEMP directory under Windows, or in the Temporary Internet files folder. A search command sometimes doesn't search these folders. |
