It could be your browser - hit Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+R and it should refresh...
Otherwise it could be your ISP. Some ISPs store web information on their servers (Like Clear.net) so that when you access a page that's been accessed before you just download it from the ISP server rather than from the hosting server. The problem with this though is that often for pages that are changing often the version on the ISP server doesn't update. You could just try to constantly refresh and see if the server will refresh, or contact your ISP for help. |
