Weird thing is, when I use one PC, my name is filled in already, and I just put in my email address. But on another I have to fill them all in. Must be a setting in IE somewhere, but never been enough of an issue for me to go looking. Robo. |

| 27827 | 2001-12-17 21:07:00 | I'm not so sure Rob. I've set all the settings in IE for filling in forms etc. but they just won't remember my details on this site, I have to fill them in every time. And that's in both IE5.5 and IE6. I don't have a problem with it though, as I type fast enough and comfortably enough that it doesn't worry me :) However, to Vincent, there is a simple keystroke to get to the next field. Its called the TAB key. You type in your first name, and hit the TAB key and it'll take you to the next field. Simple as that. |

I just tried this in Netscape 6.2 and it does the same thing as in IE - doesn't fill in any data... EXCEPT when I turned on the (in my words) intelligent form filling. I told NS exactly what to fill in when opening the pages, and it did it for me... but I'm not sure if that'll work on another page, due to all the numbers that show up for each address - this may be why autocomplete doesn't work properly on this site, because every page looks like a new page, not one that's been to before. | Guest (0) | ||
