27769 2001-12-17 04:31:00 I can watch messages down load, the jingle lets me know that mail has arrived and the system tray icon displays the event also, but sometimes in spite of the above no new mail can be found. Is it possible a copy may reside in a temp folder somewhere and if so what sort of file would it be. Qualcomm have not responded to bug reports on this. Any thoughts appreciated. Guest (0)
27770 2001-12-17 04:52:00 It could be that the date stamp of the email is not correct and it has been placed at the top of the inbox listing - or in amongst previous dates.
This has happened to to us - we are also Eudora users.

27771 2001-12-17 05:18:00 Do you have it set to leave messages for eg 7 days before deleting them from your ISP.

The setting is under Incoming Mail, leave mail on server.
