27677	2001-12-15 20:48:00	Running Win98se on a pentium class machine I use IE 6 with MS Outlook. I use Neowatch or did until recently. Now although it loads ok at boot up whenever I try to access any features it returns the message 'cannot initiate WinSock restart program or re-install WinSock' I have read all in Press F1 re this subject but how exactly do I re-install WinSock. I have tried reinstalling tcp/ip with no success. I can see WinSock.dll in the windows directory	Guest (0)
27678	2001-12-16 02:01:00	Winsock is in the dial up networking program, so you need to reinstall DUN. This Microsoft site tells you how to re-install DUN and TCP/IP. support.microsoft.com Lets hope that fixes the problem.	Guest (0)
