27667	2001-12-15 18:56:00	Hi, just recently brought a Intel Easy PC Camera running win98se with p3 616 and 384MB. At the installation setup, after clicking on all the 'Next' I come to this video clip showing what the camera can do, but after the first time the images change, the cd-rom hangs and does nothing, leaving me to wait for nothing to happen. SO does anyone know what the problem is and if there's a solution to it. Do I need to download the patch located at downloadfinder.intel.com , to fix up my problem of the hanging up of the cd-rom, but the patch I found (the one with the above link) is for winME, so does anyone know what I can do to repair this problem. Search intel for patches for windows98se.If there is no patch of 98se or if the me/xp upgrade is too costy , then do this : 1.Backup Registry 2.Backup all system files(in the windows folder) 3.Make a bootdisk . 4.Install patch for Me .5.If your system is getting worser , copy backuped system files back into original windows folder. This might/might not work , and is not 100% workable. If you are a novice or beginner user , try not to do this.	Guest (0)
27669	2001-12-16 08:39:00	Hmm I use the same software, never had any probs installing to my 98se, maybe if u copy the contents of the cd to the hard drive & run the install from there???	Guest (0)
27670	2001-12-16 08:41:00	Ya, I have, and by the way, I forgot to mention that it is a Windows 98 se in Traditional Chinese, so do you think it makes aby difference? Thanks for your reply,	Guest (0)
