| 28208 | 2001-12-21 03:52:00 | I have recently downloaded some critical Windows updates. Now every time I start my computer the Dial-up Connection dialogue box appears on the screen. I cannot remove this by clicking 'cancel'. The only way is to go on-line and then off-line. Is there some default option I can alter? Can anyone help please. |

| 28210 | 2001-12-21 07:32:00 | Thanks Adrian for your reply. I have gone to Settings/Control Panel/Internet Options/Connections and Advanced without finding any mention of 'auto connect'.
