| 28147 | 2001-12-20 10:23:00 | ever since i up gradded to the lattest version of msn.hotmail.I open the inbox or even the junkmail click on a letter it then frezzes.ican either wait a few seconds or i can right click and then the page will scroll some then frezze again.can you please help me thanks ken |

| 28149 | 2001-12-20 11:37:00 | I have bad news for you. Whatever it is that has affected your Hotmail appears to have also disabled your shift key. Worse - it's randomly putting double letters in some of your words. I suspect some kind of virus. |

| 28150 | 2001-12-21 03:01:00 | i find this is due to overloading of the hotmail servers, try checking mail at an off peak time (off peak time for U.S not us) or intergrate hotmail with outlook express if you have it |
