| 28198 | 2001-12-21 03:08:00 | hey im running win98 (dont hold it against me :P) and every time i go to open something such as windows explorer, or control panel i click it and nothing happens...so i wait..and wait...and wait...then i go to open somehting like My computer, or my documents from my desktop or anything like that and well hello explorer will open! Kind of like i need to open something else to kick it up the ass to get it moving! Also when im installing something of a CD rom and click open the installer it does the little loading thing that loads the setup prog and it conastantly stalls and i have to keep 'kicking it up the ass' to get it moving. And eventually i never get to install the programme cause it goes all haywire. Also when i put a CD into the CD-rom drive it takes AGES for the auto-run to work..i have to again 'kick it up the ass' to get it moving. So the mian problem is my comp keeps stalling...i have recently installed 128megs or RAM to see if that would help..it didnt. HELP PLEASE! |
