| 28309 | 2001-12-22 04:23:00 | When shutting down my new computer that runs XP it does not always shutdown. I also have a problem with Outlook express with changing identities it freezes for a fewseconds then then new identity doesn't pop up. I have to re-boot to use Outlook again. Is this related to Nortons Antivirus and getting the email scan throw there server. | Guest (0) | ||
| 28310 | 2001-12-23 05:14:00 | Don't know about the shutting down problem, but about the switching identities in OE: After attempting to switch identities and nothing happening, press CTRL+ALT+DEL, click on the processes tab, select 'msimn.exe' and click End Process. Now close Windows Messenger in the System Tray. Now open OE again and all should be fine. Hope that helps. |
