28258	2001-12-21 20:25:00	Whenever I click on an icon or folder on the desktop the resulting pop-up window shows a blank screen (background colour). Right clicking anywhere on this blank area brings up a buttom marked 'close'. Press the close button and the blank screen pulls back and reveals the underlying program icons. It is as if he icons were hidden by a curtain. In some cases there is a small square button at the top LH corner marked with a cross. Pressing this also pull back the curtain. This effect has only recently appeared on my machine. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it? Running standard Win98.	Guest (0)
