| 28528 | 2001-12-25 07:31:00 | Whenever I send an email with an attachment, or one with a reasonable length of text, OE Hangs up before NAV 2002 can scan it for viruses, I then lose the email as well (it having ben deleted from the Outbox & not makig it to the Sent Items folder) Yes, I can unselect the Hang Up when finished Sending & Receiving, but Id like a better fix. It is always worthwhile spending time to READ and UNDERSTAND what the Utilities on our system's actually do - and how one may effect a desired end result. A - Yes Q2 - why are you checking outgoing mail messages for viruses? A - This is one of the fuinctions of the program, scans both in & outgoing email for viruses. Regards John. |
