| 28445 | 2001-12-24 01:49:00 | since changing I.S.P's i cannot now send to one particular e-mail address. the address is correct-the I.S.P. can send but I get e-mails returned . the help desk is not much help so has anybody any clues to solve this problem. |

| 28447 | 2001-12-24 03:45:00 | The problem you describe is not uncommon - and is due to some ISP's subscribing to a service that lists other ISP's that allow email relaying. Correctly or not, email via your existing ISP won't work to customers of that particular ISP. A way around it is to get a free web-based email service, such as Yahoo, and use that address for corresponding with that particular person. |
