28445 2001-12-24 01:49:00 since changing I.S.P's i cannot now send to one particular e-mail address.
the address is correct-the I.S.P. can send but I get e-mails returned . the help desk
is not much help so has anybody any clues to solve this problem.

28447 2001-12-24 03:45:00 The problem you describe is not uncommon - and is due to some ISP's subscribing to a service that lists other ISP's that allow email relaying. Correctly or not, email via your existing ISP won't work to customers of that particular ISP.

A way around it is to get a free web-based email service, such as Yahoo, and use that address for corresponding with that particular person.

Many sites will not accept anything other than text in an effort to minimise their risk to Viruses.
