28419	2001-12-23 20:41:00	We have a brand new computer with a cd writer. We bought easy cd creator to make slideshows (with music) to send to our family overseas. We just can't install a vital component of it. We get the message that our computer has 'not at least one driver' and that is for CdDirect. We are not able to install CdDirect. The thing is that it doesn't specify which driver we are missing. We have tried all we could, read everything on Roxio homepage, downloaded patches etc. but to no avail. Does anyone have a clue what driver we are missing??? Our system is: Windows ME, 256 RAM, 40Gig, AOpen Cd Writer 1232Pro, Athlon 1000 motherboard IDE. We run Nero 5.5 for burning, I have un-istalled it, re-installed it, formatted the harddrive etc. Thanks for reading our letter, Hendrika	Guest (0)
28420	2001-12-23 21:14:00	From my own personal experience and from what I have read, Roxio CD Creator and Nero Burning rom do not reside happily together. It is better to use one or the other. Do a search of Roxios troubleshooting site for answers to your problem.	Guest (0)
28421	2001-12-24 02:19:00	Read Nero Help Page FAQ's Section about computer behaves unstable etc. You will have to delete one of your burning progs. Regards	Guest (0)
