| 28407 | 2001-12-23 04:57:00 | I have a situation where the normal.dot has changed to a window without a menu bar or a tool bar. The the only things appearing are the rulers. Have tried deleting normal.dot and making the program create another. Have re-installed Office 2000. Still no luck. Any suggestions on what to do next |

Try noving the nouse around the edges of the screen where you may see the menu commands eg File-Edit-View etc, you may see the divider (vertical line) on the toolbar, or the mouse may change to a multi-arrow to indicate where you can place the toolbar. If you can find it this way, place (drag) it to the top of the screen & click view/toolbars/standard, and hopefully the other toolbars should be revealed. | Guest (0) | ||
