| 1286346 | 2012-07-06 02:46:00 | I have a client who spilt his coffee over his laptop.Anyhow, have helped him buy a new laptop with Windows7. He's now using Live Mail. After scanning a sheet/fax, and sending it to email client, it appears in his Mail program where he selects send. The page has extra words on it compared to an ordinary email. And it seems to go to Skydrive to be downloaded. He wants to be rid of the extra words.....which are...... "Your message is ready to be sent with the following file or link attachments: 003.jpg Note: To protect against computer viruses, e-mail programs may prevent sending or receiving certain types of file attachments. Check your e-mail security settings to determine how attachments are handled." Can anyone tell me how to get it to run as a normal email with attachment. Thanks. |

I believe the "send to mail recipient" API automatically adds that text, not the mail application itself. As for Sky Drive, WLM is a pain in the ass - you can go into mail settings --> compose & turn off converting photo attachments to skydrive albums, but it ignores that setting if you attach the photos any way other than the attach button in the email window. |
