| 1262801 | 2012-03-03 18:59:00 | " When give way rules change on a Sunday morning later this month, we can reveal the intersections to watch. Lincoln Rd and Triangle Rd with 56 and Great North Rd and Titirangi Rd with 54....." Why? It has traffic lights!!! The roundabout at Swanson and Universal more so, even being a roundabout people are always crashing there. Some woman came out of swanson and missed me (already most of the way through towards Don Buck) by an inch. She didn't even pause at her give way sign.... |

West Auckland should be declared a national traffic disaster area anyway. The drivers are mostly aggressive, especially when feral Westie chicks get behind the wheel ... Business takes me regularly out west. On my safe return to the gentile and civilised climes of Ellerslie, I kiss the ground in gratitude, and pour myself a stiff one to calm my shattered nerves  |

I think what happens there at triangle, lincoln and central park intersection is the lights are short phased to favor the lincoln road traffic through there. The people on triangle get pissed off waiting and run the amber and reds as the idiots that adjust the lights only let about 5 cars through when there can be a hundred backed up triangle road all the way to makora and even sometimes to Don Bucks roads. It could be easily fixed by allowing these roads to let more cars thru. But unfortunaly when clowns are backed up on lincoln road they take the free turn into triangle and do a u turn so they can exit the intersection. I try my best to bullbar them when I see them u turn there. I have been going thru the Swanson roundabout for 30 years and still havent got it worked out! |

| 1262807 | 2012-03-03 22:59:00 | A lot of drivers' today are so full of s h i t of one sort or other they think they are bullet proof. As for those nogs who still use cellphones while driving, they might get their come uppance with the new rule. Lurking. |
