Then you can spend the next 10 years of your life going round and round in circles, getting nowhere with their non-help. Take a look at some old episodes of Close up for an example or two. Also, they have this interesting policy when you finally quit, the then disconnect you but it's forbidden to disconnect billing until you actually ring and ask. Or as happens more often, ring and complain. |
