| 1263049 | 2012-03-05 23:46:00 | They could very well spec their Steam branded PC to run a flagship Valve game, Though if its cheap it will have poor performance, and if it has performance then it won't be cheap. I cant see Valve doing an MS and taking a mulch-billion dollar loss just to get market share. So even if they sold their PC at cost its still not going to be the same price as a console. It will be interesting to see where this goes, If Steam present a platform and then ask third party devs to build down to that standard we may see even more dumbing down and lower quality PC games. |
