2012-07-04 08:52:00 | I would not be buying one of them (boingboing.net) now and if I had one I would be changing the firmware.:( | mikebartnz (21) | |
2012-07-04 12:57:00 | Wow, what a piece of crap! I will not be buying from them again either, unless they take their heads out of their ass and back-step on this move.

2012-07-04 21:25:00 | Well at least that's narrowed down the list of choices I have for my next router - thanks, Cisco, for making my life a little easier... | MushHead (10626) | |
2012-07-04 21:34:00 | I have a Linksys modem/router and the only way you can put new firmware into it is by downloading to your computer then installing it into the router via the router settings. It is only 3 weeks old. Am I concerned no. Sounds a bit like some scaremongering too me. :)

2012-07-04 21:46:00 | Running a Cisco router with gargoyle firmware ... the Cisco firmware was rubbish and if you wanted to monitor any traffic, you had to upgrade the Cisco Firmware ... at a cost. | SP8's (9836) | |
2012-07-04 22:41:00 | They almost went the right way with their DD-WRT router they made specifically for customizing.... now this. Most router manufacturers have good and bad products, personally i think cisco were pretty good. They made some quality and reliable products.
