| 29219 | 2001-12-30 21:18:00 | Does anybody have any idea what can be causing this & how to fix it? Intermittently but frequently enough to be a bother, on a cold boot, a message appears saying Windows cannot locate the registry & requires a restart. After restarting, it boots up & runs fine. The PC is a Duron 800 with 128MbRAM, Microstar MS6340M MicroATX M/B with OB VGA & Sound, 300W PSU, Maxtor 20GB HDD with plenty of available space. |
