| 29089 | 2001-12-29 23:24:00 | I have just got a laptop with a 30 Gig Harddrive and it is not partitioned. Partion Magic 6 (PCWorld Sep CD)shows it as an NTFS format but it appears that PM6 cannot resize and change it. I want to create three partitions of roughly equal size. Any suggestions? | Guest (0) | ||

Unlike PM6, this package shows you what you are doing in a easy to use graphical interface. Make bootable DOS disk, copy the PART.exe file to the disk, boot your PC with it & partition away. When downsizing a partition, you must do it in 2 places. email me if you need more help. map@maxnet.co.nz |
