29730 2002-01-04 01:53:00 I've tried numerous times to defrag my computer, but it always reach maybe 15%-25% and start all over again. I've run a scandisk beforehand, have closed all running programs with Alt+Ctrl+Delete, close the background and screensaver and still cannot defrag. Please help! Guest (0)
29731 2002-01-04 02:11:00 Reboot your computer and start it in 'Safe' mode. You do this by holding down either the Ctrl or the Alt key during the windows boot phase (Can't remember which one)
Defrag should run perfectly in this mode :)

Thanks for the help. I've downloaded that program and I've run defraging successfully.
