29636 2002-01-03 04:40:00 While using the newsgroup option in Outlook Express I did something that has brought up an MSN Error Type 404 message 'Sorry, the page you're trying to reach is temporarily unavailable or the page may no longer exist.'
I cannot get rid of this even after rebooting and going back to Outlook Express. The top toolbar, etc are all there. I know that all of my folders are there and I am receiving new e-mail messages but I'm locked into this page for some reason and cannot access anything.

29638 2002-01-03 07:42:00 Thanks, but it doesn't work. Somehow I've gotten rid of the error page but only have a blank screen under the tool bar. Guest (0)
29639 2002-01-03 20:59:00 I do not know what is causing this, but I have a suggestion as to what it might be:

Do you have any net-blocking programs running - eg Net-Nanny, Surfwatch, Cybersitter etc. etc. as some of these can block access to newsgroups etc. and may have to be reconfigured to allow you access to them.
