29617 2002-01-03 01:38:00 When I want to print something, my printer allows a page range or selected text.

But sometimes I want exactly what appears on the screen.

This might be overlapping windows, a place I've rolled a long way down to (and wouldn't have a clue of the derived page number), or an error message.

I can cut'n'paste to 'paint', but this is unwieldy and slow on my steam-powered computer (Babbage 2000).

Can anyone recommend a good 'screen dump' or 'screen scraper' program? It has to be small in size and free in price to earn its place in precious few remaining KB of memory.

www.simtel.net

There are dozens of shareware/freeware programs for screen capture/printing.
sh320.exe is a freeware program maybe worth looking at.
I use EasyScreen, but its shareware.
