| 30056 | 2002-01-06 21:15:00 | HI I am having problems with emails I send. People tell me they get the sender and subject but either NO message or a message in Asian that they cannot read. Recently I have received emails from one contact that had the the sender and subject but NO message. I wonder if this has anything to do with contacting people/organisations who have their email via their website. One orgnisation told me to send the email in rich text format and this worked. I am using Outlook Express and I first noticed problems with this after I made changes to my message rules to ensure that I was not sending back the original message and wasting bandwidth (as recommended in one of the PCWorld aricles.) I have since changed this back and am not having the problems with Asian messages but people still tell me that they get emails from me with no message. I am also receiving emails with no message. I am using Windows 98 and Outlook Express 5.5. Any help you can offer would be most appreciated. Thanks! Heather |

Should no other suggestion be posted you might find the following site of interest - a good starting point for a vast wealth of knowledge relating to Outlook Express.
