| 29985 | 2002-01-06 05:12:00 | I've got scandisk to auto-start BUT I get the message: ERROR running scandisk exe. or cancelled. It runs OK from Win (95) so where do I 'Uncancell' it (In DOS it reads AUTOSCAN=1) |

| 29986 | 2002-01-06 09:26:00 | Tom, assuming that you're talking about the Scandisk that runs durring bootup, the Autoscan=1 in your Msdos.sys means to PROMPT the user. Setting this to Autoscan=2 will run it AUTOMATICALLY, whereas Autoscan=0 will NOT run it at all. | Guest (0) | ||
