30052 2002-01-06 22:00:00 Using Xtra, with 1 main e-mail address and four alias addresses, how do I get one of the alias addresses to appear in the 'Sender' box (using Outlook Express under Windows ME). Guest (0)
30053 2002-01-07 00:03:00 If you go to oe, then click on tools--accounts--click on the mail tab. Create a new mail account in here usind the alias address. Now when you go to create a new message there will be a From dropdown box at the top. Guest (0)

30055 2002-01-07 03:14:00 ['sharrow's' response is correct but it appears to stop one step short - maybe an error on the server when posting.]

...When you have created a 'New Mail' message in your Outlook Express - click INSIDE the 'From' field where, at the moment for example, it might be 'mcallum@xtra'.

A drop down window will appear with all your different accounts.

Click once on the account of your choice and it will appear in the 'From' field.

TIP: Any Hotmail Account that has been synchronised into Outlook Express may be utilised in this same manner.

Cheers!!!
