30335 2002-01-08 21:20:00 I have an email correspondent who uses Xtra. Recently, over the past two weeks, mail sent to him has rebounded with the line:'The user(s) account is temporarily over quota.'
Xtra will not explain this to anyone who is not an Xtra subscriber.
I know that this person does not get much email and is unlikely ever to exceed any mailbox limitations. So what are thes quotas? Does anyone have a clue on this?

30336 2002-01-08 23:59:00 Tell your friend to change ISP's to Paradise, best ISP for the last three years,(Netguide Magazine Awards) then he wont need to worry about the bullshit that Telescum put their customers through. Paradise charge $20 for 250 hors per month & faster downloads Guest (0)

30338 2002-01-09 07:44:00 Hi Bill,

I am on xtra, and at the moment have 127 emails in my Xtra inbox (I have just back from Holiday)

Are you sure you sent them to -----@xtra.co.nz, or was it a -----@Hotmail.com account (they tend to get towey when there are too mant emails in the Hotmail inbox

I would be most surprised if Telecom was sending out those type messages if your friend is getting very few emails!!!

Regards, ALAN ;-)
