| 30239 | 2002-01-08 03:05:00 | I have created a shortcut to open Windows Explorer, but I would like it to open with the left hand folder window list expanded, to save several clicks. (It always opens with 'My documents' open and I have to click My computer then drive C to get the first level folders). There has to be an easy way to make this work! I am using Windows ME. (Right clicking the MY Computer icon opens explorer expanded to 'a' drive, 'C' drive etc, which requires another click to expand to primary folders. This should also be able to be opened in expanded form I would think) |

| 30240 | 2002-01-08 05:01:00 | I've got Win98 so don't know if this will work, but in the Properties of your Explorer shortcut, make sure the Target path under the Shortcut tab is as follows: C:\WINDOWS\EXPLORER.EXE /n,/e,C:\ Copy and paste this to get it exact. |
