1287937 2012-07-13 00:00:00 Nice, that's not bad value for money.

Keep in mind where 2degrees doesn't have coverage you can fall back and do "national roaming" to the Vodafone network, so if you have coverage now it won't get any worse.

1287939 2012-07-13 01:35:00 Would a Vodaphone Brand Cellphone be 'locked' to only work on their network ?? 1101 (13337)

1287942 2012-07-13 02:02:00 Bro has a 2G Vodafone branded Huawei (sp?) it works on a 2D sim before he bought his HTC. Nomad (952)
1287943 2012-07-13 02:41:00 I switched from Vodafone to 2degrees a few years ago. Process is very simple. Buy a sim, then go onto 2degrees' site, and follow a few instructions. You just take a few details off your voda sim and put them on the website. I think it takes about 24hours for everything to process so you can use your vodafone number with a 2degrees sim.

I have a Vodafone number with a 2Degrees sim atm.

Only took me half an hour. I moved my number and everything. I was on telecom though, not sure if the switch is longer if you're on vodafone.

1287945 2012-07-13 02:53:00 I changed from Vodaphone to 2degrees fairly recently, keeping my old phone number. They even transferred my contacts across for me. I am not on any specific plan, I just pay as I need a top-up. Marnie (4574)
1287946 2012-07-13 03:29:00 I'm thinking of changing from Vodafone to 2 Degrees for my mobile phone
I talked to Slingshot and they said it was not compatible with their network.

2 Degrees uses Vodafones network.

What does Slingshit have to do with it?
