What that means (between the lines) is that whatever happens in California somehow trickles down to the rest of the world . Well --- maybe not Iraq or Iran, but almost everywhere else I think . In reality though, I think it gets slammed down the throats of other countries and peoples like youse guys . Where's yer backbones? Stand up for your sovereignty! When something affects Hollyweird, it's agencies, actors, singers, performers negatively, Californicatia will jump to the need to legislate laws and effect machinations and mischief by decree that protects dem poor ol' people who make their money with their talents and therefore all the world will capitulate to the same decree . EG: There were no 'anti-stalker laws' in the US until the actress on a popular TV show (My Sister Sam) was stalked and killed . Then it became a law . Unfortunately, this trickle-down theory has been shown to work in Upsidedown Land (Far Far Away Land) and the seizure, arrest and confiscation of dot . com .
