30781 2002-01-11 23:10:00 Hi,

it's easy to do, just hard to explain and will take long, use help files, they are pretty explanitive, or if using XP, it's even easier.

30782 2002-01-12 02:19:00 To do what you ask, both PCs online simultaneously, you must share an internet connection. That is, both machines connected to the one internet dial-up connection.

You need to enable 'internet connection sharing' on the PC that you want to connect to the internet through. If you have Win98 or later that is. I don't think it's supported under Win95.

On the machine that you don't use to connect directly to the internet you need to set up a network connection through the other computer.

You also need a browser on each machine.

To find out all the details, search for 'internet connection sharing' under Start/Help. Be warned though, it's not for the faint-hearted.
