| 30860 | 2002-01-12 01:44:00 | My HP printer will not print attachment photos from the hard-drive. I'm using MS Explorer while the e-mail used Netscape which put me thru the ropes before I could access same. Is this usual or is there something extra I must do. Any suggestions please? Thanks Jim. |

Don't expect much in the way of quality, they are probably only 72 dpi. which looks good on your monitor, but prints out pretty rough, unless it is big and you can shrink it down increasing the dpi at the same time. In which case you really need a program like Photoshop. There are probably other free programs that will enable you to print out for now. 'Paint' that should already be on your computer could be worth a go. Normaly Explorer works. |
