Whenever I save the price of an item, two files get saved with the same Timestamp (Products and Products DBF) I can read the files using Notepad, but what I want is to be able to save the data in a CSV format, so I can get a hard copy, 2 or 3 time a year, for hard copy pruposes only. I have MS Acess (on which Im not very familiar) which is a RDB program, similiar to Foxpro, I presume. I can send these two files to a friend way up country, he converts them to .CSV format in a matter of minutes, Id like to be able to do the same, and maybe learn a little about Acess as well. Thanks for any assistance. John.....jhw@xtra.co.nz |
